This parameters: pH: 7.33Pa CO2: 49 HCO2- : 28 shows acid/base problem acidosis, because whenacidosis blood pH is shifted to the lower boundary of the physiologicalnorm (pH=7.35 or less than 7.35). There is a carbon dioxide acidosis, which is evidenced by the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood exceed the maximum normal (45 mm Hg).
