Why are polyunsaturated omega 3 acids considered as good for our health? Explain such phenomena based on their chemical structure
Polyunsaturated Omega 3 acids are considered to be good for health because they are great for cellular health. This is because of their difference from saturated and monosaturated fats due to the presence of at least one double bond between the carbons and the fatty acid chain. Omega 3 is used to refer to the final chemical bond that is found in the structure that has three carbon atoms from tail end of the molecular chain.
