what is a whitish substances in between bottom or hip called, it grows as if is a fungi disease? how do one contact it? and what is the solution? why should a fungi grows in a body?

It might be a vitiligo fungie. It happens when pH balance of skin is affected
to alkaline, which is result of not enough hygienу or just having kept it from
the beach meanwhile organism immunity is depressed. Usually, It is treated
with ointments contaning iodide and ultraviolet irradiation.
