The magnification

mi/mo=i/o=1/4m_i/m_o=-i/o=1/4

i=1/4oi=-1/4o

Finally

1f=1o+11/4o=3o\frac{1}{f}=\frac{1}{o}+\frac{1}{-1/4o}=\frac{-3}{o}
