b) now using the lens formula

1d0+1di=1f\frac{1}{d_0}+\frac{1}{d_i}=\frac{1}{f}

Puting all values

1d0+1391=1215\frac{1}{d_0}+\frac{1}{391}=\frac{1}{215}

1d0=1391+1215\frac{1}{d_0}=-\frac{1}{391}+\frac{1}{215}

After solve object distance

d0=480mm.d_0=480mm.
