Given frequency f=60 Hz

Since from fundamental we know



now shift the waveform from "120^o" right



Here Maximum value of current Im=2

so "\\boxed{i(t)=2sin(wt-120^o)}" and w=2"\\pi f" ; f=60 Hz ; w=377

so "\\boxed{i(t)=2sin(377t-120^o)}"

and value of current at t=4 m

"i(t)=2sin(377\\times 4-120^o)"

"=\\boxed{-1.576 \\ A}"
