75=63(1+α(1000))75=63(1+\alpha(100-0))

7563=1+100α\frac {75}{63}=1+100\alpha

421=100α\frac{4}{21}=100\alpha

Therefore;

α=1525\alpha=\frac{1}{525}

Then using the room temperature resistance;

64=63(1+1525(T0))64=63(1+\frac{1}{525}(T-0))

6463=1+T525\frac{64}{63}=1+\frac{T}{525}

T=8.33°C
