A transformer steps down 220V Ac to 12V AC. Using suitable circuitsincorporating PN diodes

explain how each of the following signals can be obtained
ii.Full Wave Bridge rectified signal.
Part (1)
A transformer with turn ratio 220:12 (55:3) is used in the circuit to step down 220V to 12V
The diode allows current to flow when terminal A is positive. When A is negative the diode does not allow the current to flow.
The result is half wave rectification.
Part (2)
During the first half cycle A is positive and diode D1 is forward biased . D2 is reversed biased
During the second half cycle,B becomes positive and D2 becomes forward biased .D1 is reverse biased.
Irrespective of the polarity of input terminal, the current flows through the load resistor RL resulting to full wave rectification.
