VBB=VBE+IBRBVBB=VSVS=VBE+IBRBV_{BB}=V_{BE}+I_BR_B\\V_{BB}=V_S\\V_{S}=V_{BE}+I_BR_B

Put value

3=0.3+IB×10003=0.3+I_B\times1000

2.7=IB×10002.7=I_B\times1000

IB=2.7mAI_B=2.7mA

Ic=9mAI_c=9mA

β=IcIB=9×1032.7×103=\beta=\frac{I_c}{I_B}=\frac{9\times10^{-3}}{2.7\times10^{-3}}= 3.33
