Volume V=1 liter (0.001 m^3) of this liquid. 

Density of liquid is

$\rho_l=\rho_s$ $\times$ density of water

$=0.92\times1000$

$=920Kg/m^3$

Mass of liquid

$M=density \times volume$

=$920\times0.001\\$

=0.92Kg
